How to Tie On Your Waist Beads

If you're new to waist beads, you may be wondering how to tie them on properly. Here's a simple guide:

  1. Decide where to wear your beads: If you are wearing them to track your weight loss, you may want to wear them above the navel. If wearing for any other purpose, you may prefer to wear them below the navel. Remember that you should be comfortable.
  2. Measure the beads: First, wrap the beads around your waist where you want to wear them. Then pull the knot straight out on each end of the strand. Slide excess beads to the end of each strand according to where you'd like your beads to fit.
  3. Secure the beads: When you have excess beads out of the way, tie a regular knot to secure the strand. Tie 3-4 more knots to secure.
  4. Trim the ends: After securing your knot, cut the excess beads away, trimming the thread to about 1/2 inch of thread outside the knot. You may want to use a bowl to catch the extra beads while doing this.

And that's it! You now have a beautiful set of waist beads to adorn your body and celebrate your beauty and femininity. Remember, waist beads are not just a fashion statement, but a symbol of self-love and empowerment. Wear them with pride and confidence!
